Alexander has a terrible allergy to chicken in dry kibble. Even a little serving and he scratches himself for days. Does this mean he would also be allergic to raw chicken? I was reading an article a while back about this, and now I can't find it. I think the article said that cooking/heating the chicken for the kibble somehow changed the composition, and that many dogs who were allergic to the chicken in kibble did perfectly fine on raw. I'm not certain exactly what the article said though. Who knows, maybe I dreamed it?
Does anyone have any experience with this? What's your opinion?
