I think it could be a 3 ounce pup. At 5 days old, I still had two puppies at 2.5 ounces. Chi's are smaller even than yorkies. So, I can see how they could have a 3 ounce pup. Maybe they were stretching it on the 3 weeks? But maybe not. There are always preemies and "runts" that are smaller than average.
