OH no! It really depends on if they chewed up the pieces, or swallowed bigger chunks. My Izzy LOVES these things and she's eaten several and been just fine, aside from some really weird poops
My dd and I are really careful now to make sure we don't leave anything where she can get it, she even tried to eat dd's phone once
