Actually my neice is like these children she is 5 yrs old and 110 lbs. Her Mom is also overweight and wont put her on a diet we believe because she wont go on a diet herselve. Her grandma is very worried she is going to have health problems because the mother does. She can only walk a short distance then needs to rest. It is a very sad situation
