My new rescued yorkie is about 8 lbs now and he is 7 months old, So I have a feeling he will be large also!! As long as they are healthy I could care less. DJ and Harley D, bless their little hearts and souls, were 5 lbs and 8 lbs of sweetness. Zack and Zeke on the other hand are 11 1/2 and 13 1/2 lbs. See their pics in my album(user name). We walk a lot and no one in Satellite Beach FL has said anything about their size. All the yorkie owners in our area just love their "kids" who range from 4 lbs to 14 or more lbs.
