It is my understanding that the standard weight of the Biewer in Germany was a lot higher but after coming to the US they have been bred down and several clubs have been formed with each having a standard 4 to 7
4 to 8 and at least 2 of the clubs useing 4 to 12 lbs as their standard
i am the proud owner of a few and they are all different sizes and i dearly love every one of them they are the most loving little things ever
