 Neutered But Still Humps and Marks!
Logan is almost 2 years old. He was neutered last summer when he was about 10 months old. But he still humps his bear like there is no tomorrow, and when we go for walks, he stops and pees constantly as if he is marking. Why is he still doing these things? I can't tell any difference between his behavior from before he was neutered to after. Our last dog, a Maltese, did not do these things, but he was neutered at a slightly younger age.
