A few other weird things have happened to me too but this one with the balloon was the strangest. The day after this same SIL died I was shopping for something to wear to her Wake. Now you have to know she was a Barry Manilow fiend, had all his albums, went to his concerts, etc. All of a sudden on the loud speaker Coca Cabana by BM starts playing. Brought tears to my eyes. I knew it was her.
Next thing My sons GF SIL died in a fatal horrific car accident. Her name was Jolene. At her Wake the song Jolene by Dolly Parton was played on a video. 2 weeks after the Funeral my daughter was on her way home from Morris County College and she was listening to Z100, a music station that only plays the top 100 songs. All of a sudden the song Jolene (which is from the 70's, they very rarely play old songs) starts playing. My daughter started crying and was a really freaked out.
Another strange story involving a friend of mine and something a palm reader told her happened but it is a long story. Just so many weird things.
