What is "better" is really all personal preference. There are certain formulas better for certain needs and wants, but it would be a pretty blanket statement to state which is better.
I may prefer one brand, but someone else will prefer another. The best bet is to look into ingredients and guaranteed analysis and pick which sounds best to you.
