I'm so sorry. This same thing happened with Leo. I was SO mad. Not only did I say 'puppy cut' (which I now read from dogears is basically meaningles
) but I also brought a picture of how I wanted him to look. Still, she shaved him. What is wrong with these people?? Now I cut his hair on my own. It doesn't look the amazing but it looks decent and at least I know they aren't going to shave him down to the skin and have him looking like a darn boiled hotdog. And I hope to get better the more I do it. I've only done it twice so far.
