Ok I'm lost on what to do. We were given a 23 month old yorkie. he has issues, was attacked by a bigger dog that apparently ripped up his throat so he obviously cant eat bigger food. That is how the people found him in that condition rushed him to the vet and got him back on his feet. Plus he shakes all the time sometimes just when you go to pet him like he's scared of you but sometimes he dont shake at all on you i'm confused. It's like he's scared or freezing (but it's not cold)hum.....
Also, he only want's to eat soft pedigree dog food, but i heard yorkies have alot of teeth problems that they need to eat dry food. he refuses! he will eat 'people food' even right down to broken up cracker's lol. (my daughter lol) but i'm kinda worried. Am i doing him no service giving him the soft food? Or should i stand my ground and insist on dry? I'm lost. any advice i'll appreciate!!
