For the lady who yelled at you: Some people just have nothing better to do then get in other people's business. My mother says "if it's not your business then mind your business." I mean my goodness there are plenty of things going on in this world for that woman to yell about and a yorkie in boots and a raincoat is not one of them.
People need to refocus their anger and the things that bother them.
