I think "breeder/exhibitor" vs "show breeder" are aimed more at establishing general classifications of people who breed and show dogs, with the one who is referred to as "show breeder" being a very accomplished, perhaps the top three of the seven stages listed, maybe even just the top two. Non-breeder people probably think that all breeders who show are show breeders. |
