DId she give you a reason why she turned down your offer? I'd keep trying to communicate with her. The Yorkie she has is beautiful. What is she loooking for in a new owner? Let her know that you will provide her with anything she requests to prove to her that the yorkie will be in a wonderful, new , and forever home. You know about Yorkie's your familiar with the breed, what else could she possibly want? Is it the money? Maybe that's it? She's trying to sell her Yorkie for a better offer? i'd really keep trying with the lady. This Yorkie deserves a really good home.
