I am NOT the expert here, but it sounds like you need to limit her "free space" so you can watch her and tell her it is unacceptable WHEN she is doing it. You might want to read The YT Potty Log and see how all of us have learned from each other. Each dog is different, but you still have to limit her space and slowly, over months maybe, expand her territory.
