I just had my Lola spayed three weeks ago. On my bill all it says is pre-op chemistry $45.50 so I can't answer your question but it does give you an idea about cost; I'm in a suburb of Chicago. The other thing I've posted before is getting a coupon for the spaying from "Friends of Animals"; it will cost $90.00 but my vet knocked off $143.00 for using coupon. Look at their website if your interested and most important make sure your vet will honor coupon first and get an estimate with coupon to see if it's worth it for you.
