I inquired a few years ago about a chihuahua pup. I could not go the their house because I might let in "germs". That was a heads up for me. But they did keep my $100.00 deposit.
I hope the pups and adults are finally in a happy place.
Brylaur kennel needs to have the book thrown at them.
