The number one thing I use it for is popping pop corn.
I also use it to saute veggies for things that taste good with a subtle coconut background like black beans and anything that I make with coconut milk like coconut rice, and lentil soup and anything curry.
I also mix a tiny bit with raw sugar for a body scrub. A lot of people like it as a hair mask but it doesn't work for me (thin, fine hair) or Lauren (thick, course hair)- I don't know why because it seems to work great for some people.
What's everyone else doing with it?
