There is something very strange looking on my dog's neck. It is attached to his skin. it is about 1/4 inch big and kinda looks like a cacoon? and oval shaped. but its greyish. It doesn't look alive, just like its sitting there. I have no idea what it is and going to the vet this morning, unless you have any ideas. I've never seen anything like it.
