Yes hun, they can vomit worms from the mouth. It is most important for the vet to identify the worm to treat it properly. The dogs are usually pretty heavily invested when they vomit with the worm showing. Yes the dog can be wormed again, in my opinion. It is obvious that what the vet gave her before didn't work. I would also check around outside where she may go and make sure she isn't getting into anything dead. Animal, bird, etc etc
The worm was probably alive, right?
