If she really does have a heart problem, I'd personally want to take her to a cardiologist before attempting surgery.
Yorkies have abnormally large hearts for their size though, so it is normal for them to look enlarged on xray to vet who don't know much about the breed. Of course a cardiologist would be able to give you a better idea of what is going on.
