Hello,
My 10 week old male yorkie
just came home 5 days ago. I'm training him on pee pads (because I thought it was the easiest and less confusing), but I'm finding eveytime I take my other dog out side to go potty he follows and potty's too.
Just today:
Potty pad ~Once early this morning.
Outside~5 times.
We only wanted him on the pee pads because we thought it would be easier for him but he dosen't seem to want to use them, he will sit on them for long periods of time and very seldome will use them.
Since he is willing to potty outside I think I should train him to go outside and just leave the pads in the house for the just in case. And leave potty pad in his sleeping area. -Do you think this sounds okay?
What are your thoughts on this???
