A Trustworthy, Experienced and Reputable breeder would not let the puppies go before 12 weeks.
This 'Breeder' should be told that what she is doing is wrong, not in the puppies best interests and illegal.
I hope those babies get to stay with their mother for as long as possible...but somehow I think not...very sad
I hope they survive and stay healthy.
