The way I understand it, if the dog you are trying to register this way is one of a litter that has a litter application, even if you didn't send in the individual registration, you can't go this route.
But, the AKC does a lot of research in to the pedigree and makes a determination - they can decide not to register the dog, to register the dog with full registration, or to register the dog with limited registration. |
Ok, thanks for this answer. I just can't imagine that many people leaving AKC because of the cost.
