It's tough to say whether this is from diet or not. It could be seasonal and/or environmental. Did the vet do a skin scraping or a fungal culture? Bc the hair loss is odd to me - and that's not usually diet related.
The only way to tell if it's from raw is to switch back, like you mentioned. Why not try giving kibble for one meal, raw for the other - try for 3 days - if no symptoms, do a hard switch.
How is her weight? Where is she itching exactly? Are her eyes runny/stinky/gunky? Any ear smell?
