I brush Teddi's teeth every day and even then I noticed that he had "stinkier" breath after switching from Iams to Royal Canin. Maybe it's the increase in meat content/quality (as opposed to fillers)? I ended up buying a dental liquid mouth freshener (PetzLife, I think) and his breath is a-ok now!
