Sorry- I have to put my 2 cents in. I would not let her vet do the spay and get her out ASAP! If this is how she "cares" for her babies, what kind of thought went into picking her vet? Sorry, I would pay for the spay myself and rescue her before its too late and know that I did my best for her.
