They are.
IF the dogs come from AKC registerable stock. We had them do research on some of our dogs (registered with both the ACA and the APRI when we bought them). They did come from AKC registerable stock, and so they are now registered with the AKC. Thier parents were not registered with the AKC, but their grandparents were.
