Wow. Six months is pretty darn young. I would bet a large amount of money it is not food allergies. I would *guess* that she's allergic to fleas.... I have no experience with that (only food and environment) so I am really sorry I can't offer too much more. I hope someone else chimes in...
Oh, I do know that I recently saw a thread about coconut oil for fleas... if we ever had problems with that, I would use the coconut oil in a second. It is extremely soothing and good for the skin.
