There is a difference between a profile picture and an avatar picture, the picture that shows up when you post replies is called an avatar, and you must upload a picture where it says "edit avatar." Your profile picture, on the other hand, is the picture that shows up on your profile page, and it can be bigger than your avatar. It looks like you uploaded your profile picture correctly, and it's a darling picture.
