I know what you mean. When I was 13 I went to England with my mother's friend for 6 weeks. I had never been on a trip with family much less without so you'd think I'd get homesick. Nope. I felt like I was home the whole time and when I was standing in the airport waiting in line to get my passport stamped, I cried. I didn't want to leave, I felt like I was leaving home instead of going home. How weird is that?
