Well with my Teddy I tried everything. The vet even perscribed a mild sedative to see it it helped. Teddy has been in a bark collar since he was just over 1. He will be 4 next month. If I take it off it is at the dog park. Once at the small dog park someone said please shut your dog up as he barks too much!!
He is very used to the bark collar and I have had it on with a dead battery before and he will figure it out after awhile and start barking like crazy.
I wish there had been another way but he is just a big loud guy.
