Ok, so this little girl was bred rather accidently or on purpose the fact is she has a condition that is genetic. The most important thing is that she is spayed and the puppies are either spayed or neutered ASAP so as this condition does not duplicate. She needs to neuter and spay before releasing them to anyone else to decrease the chance of this problem affecting others from her line.
