Looks every bit a yorkie. I know many people who have yorkies with 'down" ears. Its a waiting game for most to see if they stand or not. He's still adorable.
It may be too late but if you want to see if they will stand...trim as much hair off of them as you can at least the top half to 1/3 .believe it or not,that hair has a lot weight.
