thats true too.
A few years ago I had paid something off over the phone and asked them to report it to the bureau, but they said they only report on a quarterly basis and I'd have to wait. So I asked for a receipt.....they said they dont do those. I asked him "if i were to come in and pay in full, would you provide me with a receipt?".....he said yes. I proceeded to tell him that I was out of state and wanted a receipt.....he pretty much told me too bad!
