I believe in silent birth for women also...in fact when I had my babies in the dark ages they gave us so many drugs I don't even remember giving birth...they handed me a baby the next morning and said it was mine, both look like me so I guess they were right.
LOL!!! When I had my first child, at 16, I didn't get any drugs because I had a quack doctor It was a HORRIBLE labor and I thought I was literally going to die...with my second child I got the drugs and it was a breeze

Francie: I think you are right! When Bitsy had puppies, she was VERY quiet too! I'm so glad I got to see that once in my life Must be instinct for animals!!
