Wow, that is really shocking. Sometimes I am unhappy with my vet - I have only one English-speaking vet option here in Korea - but I guess it could be a LOT worse. I'm sorry you're out so much money and now have to do it all over again at another vet in order to get your baby her prescription. What a frustrating situation.
