Who is taking care of the dogs while she is out ? If the mommy dog is feeding the puppies, who is gonna feed the mommy dog ? If she has someone to feed and care for the adult dogs while she is gone, then the puppies should be okay. This makes no sense at all!
Call your vet and tell him what is going on and ask for his opinion or assistance. He might be the best one to report on this woman !! You'll probably have to talk to the person who answers the phone first, but hopefully the vet will have time to talk to you at some point. I would do that first thing in the morning! And if you have to pick up the pup, take it to the vet first thing and be prepared to listen to what he has to say.
