I am not familiar with this particular author, but any good dog training book shoud do, go to petsmart, or library or other good bookstores like Barnes and Noble or Borders etc. Take a look at house breaking books,(there is a House training for Dummys too!) The main thing is to be persistant and to hang tuff! Use a carrier or small pen while ya'll are out and let him out the first thing you get home! Keep a constant schedual with him. See about going again to the lessons at Petsmart and they can help with house training suggestions too.
I hate pads all over the floor, you have to mop daily, I have enough to do when I get home from work!
Most of your collies are going to "catch on" much faster than most Yorkies, that is just the way they are made They are a "brainy" dog Yorkies are more, of a, rat chaser killer, kind of dog. But they sure are cute and cuddly And they know how to get a treat with out working for it too brainy, but different brainy
