Hi, KellyandJohn. I wanted to welcome you to YT and to respond to your inquiry. I am the person who is owned by CaraMia and I waited a long while to even get another tiny Yorkie to help heal my heart from the death of my heart of my heart Jesse. I breed! I help rescue! I help try to refer an inquirer to a responsible, respectable breeder when I do not have a baby. That happens often as I have retired my moms and started over with partis and Biewers.
I am surprised that a comment made in haste to the PocketPooch owner sounded so negative. I am happy that this mis-understanding has been cleared up.
Since you are in MD you can visit the place and form your own opinion and make your own decision as to the quality and personality of her babies. I would hope that you do decide to visit PKPooch and not let comments on this thread either pro or con affect your decision.
If I can be of any help at all please do not hesitate to PM me and we can chat about all considerations in selecting a puppy.
Tinies CAN and often do have health issues that larger Yorkies do not have. Personally, I would suggest that you research the unique genetics and health problems of the tinies. If you and your partner have plans to have human kids in the next few years, I will say that a Yorkie larger than 3 pounds probably would be a better choice as these tinies are more delicate...
Good Luck in your search and I for one, look forward to further posts from you.. |
