I have gotten a yorkie puppy at 8 weeks...I really would be very hesitate to go any younger than that age.
That being said...you will need to insure puppy eats very frequent meals. At this age and her likely weight...one hypoglycemic crash and she could die.
I assume the heating pad you've purchased is a whelping pad? Human heating pads are too hot just in case yours is of the human variety.
She will be susceptible to everything...so I would avoid lots of people handling her and definitely no visitors of the furry type.
