I got 2 sample packets of the Iams stuff you can mix with dry food and the first night she snarfed it down and "urped" a little while later- not like vomit but mucous-y (sorry, not a great description)- we tried the mix stuff again the next day and she wanted nothing to do with it.
She's had her normal treats like when she goes potty outside, and little scraps that hubby normally gives her around lunchtime. So she's not starving, but she's not exactly getting a healthy diet this week...
It's really important to mix the new food in with the old so they are less likely to have tummy upsets. Vomiting often makes them avoid the new food, so you'll have to try something else. She is also more likely to take a new food, if you hand feed it and she's not getting table scraps, which are usually the worse foods you can give her.
