I think you made the right decision in not letting her have your puppy. If she never had a puppy before she does not realize how much work one puppy is never mind two. Plus there is no way you would want your puppy any where near a puppy that has been bought from a pet store that might or might not have a parvo case. Who wants to take that chance. Years ago when my neighbor raised gray hounds for the race track she got Parvo in her kennel. She lost 22 puppies in a weeks time.
