Pedialyte will help if she is dehydrated. If I were having that problem i would give her up to 2 teaspoons of beer, it helps increase milk production (no joke) or you can also help to replenish her system by giving her a little of the milk replacer you would use for newborns (not too much though.) I have been syringe feeding (with no needle attached) water to my nursing mommy several times a day, she just licks the end while I push the plunger down , My girl is too preoccupied w/ her babies to get up too often right now, I know you shouldn't baby her that much, but I can do this if it means making sure she's getting enough water. I can give her 5 or 6 syringes full 4 or 5 times through the day ( mine hold 12 ml of water) Good luck, i think to try the syringe or the beer will work best though. ( the beer will increase milk but won't help her with dehydration) -I would do both.
