Hm, that's a tough one. There HAVE been tiny little Yorkies get spayed/neutered and they're absolutely fine. The risk putting them under and having them die isn't a very high percentage - but you would know what's best for your baby. It is important to get those baby teeth out or she will have foul smelling breath forever, lol. Also - rawhides are not very safe for the little babies, or even the big babies. Jackson's 13 pounds at 5 months he choked on a rawhide over a month ago! It was scary. I learned they are not digestible. I would find other things to try to get them fall out. But, your vet will know what is best.
