Hey ladies! Please don't think your questions are being ignored. Since we thought it may be a privacy issue to post the list of names, we had to ask all the members who were already registered. Hopefully, I'll be able to get that list posted today!
As far as promotion, Cindy, Judy, and I have all started several threads about the meetup but since they weren't posted on they dropped of the first page quickly. I do try to bump them up weekly. We would love any help other loyal YT members can help in increasing the buzz around the event!
As far as a list of activities, we are still working on a detailed schedule. We are still three months out from the event itself and are working to utilize every idea we've gotten to make the meetup GREAT!
