What type of abuse have you seen?
What I think is abuse, the animal control has told me, isn't!! I knew someone who kept their Yorkies in the an unheated or AC'ed garage..they had styrofoam ice chest filled HAY for bedding. Animal C told me my Yorkies did not live like dogs and these Yorkies were perfectly fine..they had shelter, food and water..that is all that is required...well, excuse me! |
