He ate a larger hair tie AGAIN!! This guy kills me!!

I put one in his hair after his bath and went over to the computer to put the camera away.. I hear him chewing something and looked over and he had rubbed it out and had it in his mouth!! I went to get it and he swallowed it before I got to him

This time it was a larger thin Hair Tie. \
Like the size of a small rubberband maybe quarter size in diameter and thin not thick.. Should I try and see if he passes it or induce vomiting while it is still sitting in his stomach??

I am only worried because of the size of it...

.. This guy never ever lets me rest , he scares me so stinkin much it's unbearable at times.
