I dont know how many hours are normal but my Marley is 8 months old and i am at work all day as well but i come home at lunch to let her out for about 45 min. Everytime I come thru the door she is stretching ( she has just woke up ) . When my husband and I are at home she sleeps alot during the day. If we play with her all day she will sleep alot during the night. They really dont have a set schedule. Or at least mine doesnt. Weekdays she sleeps alot during the day. Weekends she sleeps whenever we take naps or at night.
