I really like the Espree line. The Silky Show Shampoo and the Luxury Remoisturizer make a nice team. They also make a Silky Show Conditioner if you'd rather use that than the Remoisturizer. For extra shine, try a grooming spray. Most of them will add shine after and in between shampoos. I have also used a tiny bit of my own Biosilk for shine.
Your puppy probably still has that downy puppy hair that does not behave and may not shine as well as the silky coat that hopefully comes in next.
